    Orders are delivered within 12–14 working days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product details.

    Nope — shipping is on us! All orders are delivered free of cost, so you can shop without worrying about extra charges.
  • How does the delivery process work?
    Once you place an order, we confirm it with you, collect your shipping address and other details if needed, and then deliver your product on or before the scheduled date.
  • How can I track the delivery of my order?
    We’ll share your delivery details and tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way until it reaches you.
  • What should I do if I miss the delivery?
    No worries! If you miss a delivery, we will reschedule it for you so your order reaches you without any hassle.
  • Do you deliver all over India?
    Yes! We deliver all across India, ensuring your favorite Sutran pieces reach you wherever you are.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
    No, each order can be delivered to only one address. If you want items sent to multiple addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders.
  • What happens in case my order is not delivered?
    If your order doesn’t reach you within 30 days, we’ll provide a full refund. For packages without tracking, we’ll assume delivery wasn’t attempted and process the refund within 7 days of your complaint.

  • Are there any hidden charges?
    Nope! The price you see is the final price, inclusive of all taxes. What you see is exactly what you pay — nothing more, nothing less.
  • Why isn’t Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
    We only accept prepaid orders to ensure a smooth, secure, and faster delivery experience for everyone. Prepaid orders help us maintain exclusive quality control, accurate inventory, and timely doorstep delivery, which is essential for keeping our curated pieces in perfect condition for you.
  • Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on Sutran?
    Absolutely! All credit and debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted gateways, keeping your information safe at every step.
  • Can I make Debit/Credit card payment through my mobile on Sutran?
    Yes! You can easily make payments via mobile, and all transactions are secured through trusted payment gateways.
  • What if the amount got debited from my account, but I have not received any confirmation mail or message?
    Don’t worry! Sometimes payments take a little time to reflect on our system. If you haven’t received a confirmation, email us at teamsutran@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out immediately.

  • What is your Return Policy?
    At Sutran, we don’t have a return or exchange policy. Each piece is crafted with care, and once it’s yours, it’s meant to stay with you — because your choice, style, and happiness can’t be returned or exchanged.
  • What should I do in case of a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or wrong product?
    While we handle every product with utmost care, if you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at teamsutran@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a snapshot. We’ll personally review it and provide a replacement if it’s eligible.
  • Can I exchange a product for another product?
    No, exchanges are not available. Each Sutran piece is crafted with care, making it uniquely yours once purchased.
  • Do all sarees come with a blouse piece?
    No, not all sarees come with a blouse piece. If a saree includes one, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
  • What is the dimension of the saree?
    Sarees without a blouse piece are approximately 5.5 meters in length, and sarees with a blouse piece are 6.5 meters. The width of all sarees is around 47–49 inches.
  • Are the products shown on the website accurate?
    Yes! We photograph all products carefully, but since our sarees are mostly handmade or handloom, there may be minor variations in color, print, or embroidery, which add to their unique charm.
  • Details of the fabrics?
    Our sarees come in a variety of fabrics, including Mul Cotton, Khadi Cotton, Tissue, Cotton, Georgette, Handloom, and Jamdani — each carefully chosen for quality and style.
  • Can I get a saree customized in a particular combination or design?
    No, unfortunately, we do not offer single-piece customizations. Each Sutran saree is crafted as part of a curated collection.
  • Do you have a discount for first-time buyers?
    Yes! First-time buyers enjoy 10% off on their purchase. 
  • Can I order through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook?
    Yes, you can reach out to us through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, but all orders must be confirmed through our website for smooth processing.
  • Do you take bulk orders?
    No, currently we do not take bulk orders. Each Sutran piece is designed for individual customers to enjoy its uniqueness.
  • Are there physical stores for Sutran?
    No, Sutran is exclusively online, ensuring every piece reaches you with care and attention to detail.
